Gift Giving Tips

While the season gets busier, so does the office. The holiday season is the perfect time to show your employees and customers how much you appreciate them. Here are some great gift giving ideas to keep in mind.

1. Tech

The most sought out items each holiday season are usually tech items. In this day in age, consumers are always looking for more tech to be included in their everyday routine. It's something everybody uses and everybody has, and if they don't have it, they want it.
Some trendy items include Bluetooth speakers, high-end earbuds and headphones, and most definitely power banks. Whether you're gifting it to a techie or not, gifts in this category are worth remembering.

2. Gift Sets

"The beauty is in the eye of the beholder" they say, so why not make the gift look aesthetically pleasing? A great way to enhance the overall gifting experience is by putting your gift in a neat box, basket, or bag to really wow them. For example, gifting some wine glasses are a great idea, but take it a step further by packaging them in a nice box as an added touch. Adding multiple pieces to a gift that are custom with a full color logo can take it from looking like a giveaway to a keepsake. After all, presentation is everything.

3. Personalize

The best gifts are sentimental. While you may not know all of your customers/employees on a deep personal level, you can still give them a gift that will intrigue them. "How?" you ask? It's simple really, personalizing each gift with someone's name or a special message will have a better chance of being kept rather than left in someone's drawer. Personalizing a journal, blanket, drink-ware, etc makes people appreciate the time and effort spent on the gift. It's one thing to get a branded item, but it's another when you see your name on it.

4. Food

People LOVE food. I mean nothing sounds more enticing than a tin full of chocolate, popcorn, nuts, or cheese, etc. Take it a bit further by giving seasonal favorites, like peppermint bark, caramel coated popcorn, gingerbread, pumpkin flavored cookies and the list goes on! Sweet treats are a staple for gift giving not just during the holiday season but all year long too. Or switch it up by gifting savory offerings like meat and cheese sets with a bamboo cutting board.

Have your gift mean more this season, whether it's for a colleague, customer or corporate gift, you will be sure to be make an impression.
