Home Office Essentials

A lot of us have started to work from home since the stay-at-home orders that began in March. Working remotely from their homes is a new environment for many. Whether you have a home office or not, here are some items we think could be beneficial to your new workspace. Having all the things you once loved on your desk in your home office will make it more comfortable!

Office staples

Sticky notes are great to help remind you of your tasks at hand and keep you on track with your work. While this may seem small, if you are starting a home office from scratch these will be essential. Check out the variety of Post-It Note sizes we offer here.
A duo we can't forget is a sturdy journal along with a smooth writing pen. You never know when you'll have to jot down ideas or information to keep that isn't temporary enough for a sticky note. Some of our favorites are these Italian leather journals you can find on our site, check it out.
Consider getting a stationary set that is the all-in-one desktop piece like this one. Comes with all the extra items a desk would require.

Drinkware

Staying hydrated is key, especially when trying to stay healthy. Keep a tumbler by your side so you are reminded to drink liquids often. Another great item that I can think most of us can agree to have on our desk, is a mug. Your drink of course does not need to be coffee necessarily, but nine times out of ten a coffee mug is a part of our desk regimen. To avoid leaving stains on your desk, a coaster is also key in maintaining a clean desk. My favorite to use are leather coasters like these.

Phone Accessories

A neat product to keep at your desk that most people overlook is a phone holder. It can keep your phone organized on your desk and gain easy access to in case you were to receive a phone call from a client.
A charging cord is also a necessity considering you may not have a landline in your new home office. Consider this 6ft long charger to have plugged in from your outlet that can reach to your desk!
If you can handle music playing in your ears while you work like me, headphones are a great way to get focused and continue your work load. Whether you choose wireless or not, you never know when you want to jam out!

Working form home does not compare to working at the office with the rest of your colleagues but we hope that we could help you make your home office feel just as comfortable.
